There are a number of early signs of pregnancy that most women experience. It should be noted that these signs might not be the same for every woman as people are different, though some of them will be common. In addition to that, these signs may be vary in intensity, duration as well as the frequency at which they occur. So many women have been frustrated and thought they were pregnant when all they were experiencing were only premenstrual signs. So what are these signs that you have conceived?

The number one sign that every women looks for is missed periods. Some women may experience periods that are very light and this will trigger them to start looking for other signs that they may have conceived. The other sign of conception is feeling queasy, moody, lighthearted, slight aches or stiffening of lower back, heartburns and at times having constipations. You will be “feeling pregnant” intuitively.

Another common sign that come with early pregnancy is the tendering of the breast. They will also become swollen, and appreciably sore. The nipples become quite sensitive. You are likely to notice this sign when you are going to bed, exercising or taking a shower. All these occur in readiness for milk production. Sooner of later, fatigue and exhaustion will strike in and you will find it hard to wake up early in the morning, you will start going to bed sooner and a slight exercise will leave you lightheaded and exhausted. This is all because of the changes your body is going through especially the hormonal changes.

You will soon start urination frequently due to the swollen uterus as well as much fluid you will be processing when you are pregnant. This is likely to remain or become even worse until you give birth. You will also start feeling nausea and vomit all over a sudden. This happens as just after a week into pregnancy. Nauseating will be more in the morning when you have breakfast in an empty stomach and this is what is commonly called morning sickness. Some women nauseate in the afternoon or evening.

The other early signs of pregnancy include feeling dizzy or you may faint at times. This is common when you stand up all over a sudden or go up the stairs. You will also feel faint when you have gone for a while without eating because of low blood sugar. There are other signs which include craving for some food or their aversion, a sudden sensitivity of some aromas, higher body temperature, some discharge that will stain your panties, some slight bleeding which is normally caused by implantation of the fertilized egg among many other symptoms.

The above signs may be varied from one woman to another. However, majority of them experience most of these symptoms. Women should not panic if they have one or two of these symptoms as they may be caused by something else and not pregnancy.
